Town of Beaver Monthly Meeting Minutes November 11,2024
Call to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Bedora
Motion to approve the agenda by Gisenas, second by Fendryk carried
Motion to approve minutes from October 14th, by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Clerk had Board sign contracts with the Coleman Rescue Squad and Crivitz Rescue Squad for the upcoming 2025 year.
Clerk presented a amendment for the 2024 budget of $83,997.19 of added income
$34,997.19 was a check from Town of Stephenson for half the cost of blacktopping Willson springs rd, and the $49,000.00 was payment from USDA for their portion of our town truck grant. The funds were put back into the rd budget for both categories.
Motion to approve amended budget by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas.
Motion to accept the 2025 budget as presented by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Building permits
Brian Lepianka Free stall Barn Addition 94 by 40
Motion to approve permit by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
John Darga New construction of Farm shop 60 by 100
Motion to approve building permit by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Brett Harding construction of shelter for animals 20 by 36
Motion to approve by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried
D & L Rusch Dairy improvements on farm house, siding, windows, roof, etc.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Motion to approve Voucher report by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Nancy Tetak presented a map for her land that is already established not on (2-acre parcels) where she had given her son a one-acre parcel and now she is going to give her grandson a parcel under 2 acres with a house on already. No variance was needed.
