Town of Beaver Board of Review May 12, 2025

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Pledge

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.

Chairman Made a motion for the Board of Review to Adjourn to a later date as the assessment roll is not completed.

Motion to adjourn BOR by Supervisor Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.

Motion to adjourn BOR meeting by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.

Monthly Meeting 6:50pm

Motion to approve adjenda by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.

We will not approve John Heffermans building permit until he provides a letter from the county that the zoning requirements are met.

Motion to approve minutes from April 15th 2025, by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.

Cemetery plots for cremation will be $150.00 per plot; we would prefer only flat head stones for maintence upkeep. The board will look into further reconstruction for the cemetery to update its appearance.

Building Permits

Scott Bergs, poured slab, site build shed 3600 square ft

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.

Mitchell Beson, Deck on front and Rear on existing House. 680 Square ft.

Motion to approve permit by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried

Scott Mutela 576 Addition to existing home

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried

 North East Asphalt submitted a bid for 39th rd for $146,680.00

Motion to approve bid from Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried

 Motion to approve voucher report by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried

Motion to approve treasurers report by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.

Road report

6th rd will be completed after Memorial Day by Marinette County for the cost of time and material

Eddie Sakowitcz put a addition on his house and did not get a building permit.

Damage done to 15 th rd road by Golden Ridge Dairy (trucks hauling manure) over limit, Jerome will talk to them on this issue.
