Town of Beaver Minutes September 8th th 2025
Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,
Pledge
Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve minutes from August 11th, 2025 by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Clerks’ comments:
We had someone requesting to rent the town hall and serving alcohol, the Board approved this as long as they take full responsibility of any damage or anything that can pertain to the hall rental.
Motion to approve this by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
We have our dates for open book and Board of Review, Open book will be September 23rd 2025 and Board of Review will be October 28, 2025.
Turner Gross and John Fetterly were present and discussed the increase in the fire department contact. Going forward it will be $8,000.00 for each Department Village of Pound and Town of Brazeau along with 50% of the 2% Fire dues for the years 2026 and 2027. With a increase to $8,500.00 for the years 2028*2029*2030 along with 50% of the 2% fire dues.
Motion to approve new contract by Fendryk , 2nd by Graetz carried.
Clerk presented a certified survey map for Joseph Guarisco from Hugh guy.

Building Permits
Melissa Mier 24 by 28 garage for storage
Motion to approve permit by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried
Zach Hensberger 14 by 20 addition for a 4 seasons room
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried
D & L Dairy cement slab for feed 110 by 280.
Motion to approve permit by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried
Road Report
Robert submitted a bid for a plow truck, but if he gets the bid we would have to wait until their new truck comes in.
Robert put a add in the paper for parttime help with plowing and other misc jobs.
Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
