Town of Beaver Minutes November 24th 2025
Call to order at 6:25 pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,
Pledge
Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve minutes from October 6th 2025 by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried
Variance for Jennifer DeJardin tabled until December 8th meeting so Board members can talk to the land owners around this parcel.
Wendy Glenn has been concerned about one of the neighbors starting a campground on 45th circle Supervisor Fendryk & Supervisor Graetz will go check into this and discuss what needs to be done at the December meeting.
Motion was made by Graetz & 2nd by Fendryk to accept certified survey maps for Mitch Gusick and for John Fraser.
Motion was made by Supervisor Fendryk and 2nd by Supervisor Graetz to accept the 2026 Budget.
Building Permits
Van de Walle Farms concrete footing- wood building /80 by 200- 16,000 square ft.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried
Bruce Mergener, Mudroom on entrance of home, poured footings, block sides, wood walls and windows.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.
Sandi Gressel 30 by 10 attached deck 300 square ft.
Motion to approve permit by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried
Road Report
Robert is working with MJ Electric to repair a culvert that Spectrum damaged.
Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
