                                             Town Board Meeting February 9^th 2026

Pledge

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.

Motion to approve minutes from Jan 12^th 2026, by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Building Permits There were none at this time

There will be no change in Marchs meeting date.

We will check into the cemetery rules as the board would require that you would have a vault to be Buried in, we will check with Towns association on this.

Motion to approve having a vault for the cemetery as a requirement by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried. Pending Towns Association Guidelines.

We will be moving the Recycle bins outside of the recycle building to give Robert more room for storage of equipment and lees damage to the building from the GFL trucks.

Motion to move bins outside by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Road report

Rd salt down to around 25 %

We will be checking on redoing the bridge on 25^th rd to make it safer, this will be dependent on the engineering.

Motion was made to redo 3^rd rd (blacktop) and reconstruction.

Motion was made by Fendryk, 2^nd by Graetz carried.

Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried

Motion to adjourn @ 7:28pm by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried.

Clerk will get some recycle papers done up as the rules have changed, we will have them available at the recycle center and the town hall.
