Town of Beaver Special Meeting Minutes
April 6th 2026 @ 12:00Pm
Call to order at 12:00 pm by chair Bedora
Present were Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz and Chair Bedora
Motion to approve agenda by Graetz, second by Fendryk carried
After reviewing 4 different candidates for the assessor position Supervisor Graetz made a motion to hire Beth Polacek from Candid Appraisal LLC 2nd by Supervisor Fendryk carried
Candid Appraisals will start as of April 9th 2026. Tom will surrender all software and sign a letter to terminate his contract as of April 9th 2026.
Motion to close meeting at 1:10pm by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
