Town of Beaver Minutes

                                               Annual Meeting April 21,2026

                                                          Beaver Town Hall                                    

Call to order at 7:10pm by David Patz, 2^nd by Robert Patz

Roll call-, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present, Supervisor Fendryk absent

Motion to approve the agenda by Graetz, 2nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to approve minutes from April 22, 2025, by Bob Holley 2^nd by David Patz

Clerk gave a presentation on the balances of the town accounts,

Motion to approve balances by Jim Zwick, 2^nd by Francis Lewandowski

Amanda Tieman had requested we purchase a big sign for the end of the driveway at the Town hall to advertise the town meetings.

Board will take into consideration.

Jeff Ott made a motion for consideration for a 5-man board, 2^nd by Gary Voit

11 yes -4 no

This would require a town board ordinance.

Residents also asked if we could look into garbage pick-up, as it was expressed that they do not like the recycle dumpsters outside the building.

Motion to adjourn at 8:05pm by Sonny Greasy 2^nd by David Patz
