Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call-, Supervisor Graetz, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Motion to approve the agenda by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.

Motion was made by Fendryk to adjourn the Board of Review to a later date as the assessment roll is not completed at this time 2^nd by Supervisor Graetz carried.

Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Fendryk, 2^nd by Supervisor Graetz, carried. 6:35

Monthly Meeting May 11^th 2026

Call to order at 6:36 by Chair Bedora

Motion to approve the agenda by Supervisor Graetz, 2^nd by Supervisor Fendryk carried.

Motion to approve minutes from April 6^th 2026 by Supervisor Fendryk, 2nd by Supervisor Graetz carried.

Motion to approve minutes from April 21^st 2026, by Supervisor Graetz, 2^nd by supervisor Fendryk carried.

Joel from Johnson and Rennie, LLC, went over the financial audit from 2025.

Motion to approve audit by Fendryk, 2^nd by Graetz carried

Turner Gross and John Fetterly gave an update on the Pound Brazeau fire dept, they will be placing a fire truck on the property of Tim and Diane Gerharz, to make things more assessable for the fire dept.

Motion was made by Supervisor Fendryk to adopt the Gillett Court system 2^nd by Supervisor Graetz carried.

Clerk gave an update on what the cost would be if we went to garbage pick instead of our recycle center (as we had several inquire on it at the annual meeting) however do to the cost it will be tabled at this time.

Road report

Murphy concrete will be grinding 3^rd road.

Motion was made by Supervisor Fendryk, to go with Marinette County for time and material for blacktopping on 3^rd road, 2^nd by Supervisor Graetz, Carried.

Motion to approve Voucher Report by Supervisor Graetz, @nd by Supervisor Fendryk carried.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Supervisor Graetz, 2^nd by Supervisor Fendryk carried

Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Graetz 2^nd by Supervisor Fendryk carried.
