Special Town of Beaver Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by chairperson Bedora.

Present were Chair Bedora, Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, clerk Patz

Approval of the agenda

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Chairman asked if the Board looked over the RFP’s (Request for Proposals) for Assessors, we had sent out 5 Requests for Proposals, R & R Assessing Services LLC, M & O Assessing, Thomas McGuire, Mike Denor, & TLW Assessing Services LLC. TLW Assessing Services LLC, was the only one that submitted a proposal.

Motion was made by Supervisor Fendryk to award Assessing contract to TLW Assessing LLC, 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Motion to adjourn @ 6:50pm by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.
