Town of Beaver Minutes

                               Town Board Meeting, December 11^th 2023, Beaver Town Hall

 Call to order at 6:30 pm by Chairperson Bedora

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, second by Gisenas carried

Motion to approve minutes from November’s 6^th 2023 meeting by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk Carried

Building permits

Motion to approve building permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

We had someone from the township that wanted to hunt on town property, The Town Board gave approval for this as it is public land so it is allowed.

Chairman requested that the clerk send M&O Assessing a copy of the letter that was sent in the mail to him on the email as well. The board approved that the last check for his contract be sent to M & O Assessing as soon as the documents that were requested are returned to the town.

There was a motion made to change January’s meeting to January 4^th instead of January 8^th as Jerome will be gone.  Motion was made by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Clerk presented a resolution for the election workers for the 2024-2025 election years.

Motion was made to accept this by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Robert received estimates on getting the hot water heater fixed Motion was made to go with Dama Plumbing as they were the lowest estimate.  Motion was made by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Motion to approve Voucher report by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Motion to adjourn by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.
